Claim (excerpt)：

熱膨張係数が0.8×10-6/°C以上、10×10-6/°C以下、常温の曲げ強度が100Kg/cm2 以上、平均粒径が0.5mm以下のカ-ボン粒からなり、かつ、熱伝導率が100Kcal/mh°C以上である黒鉛鋳型に、鉄系金属粉末を振動充填し、銅系溶浸材と共に温度900°C以上、1350°C以下で焼結し、焼結体の硬度をHRB≧64としたことを特徴とする鉄系金属粉末焼結金型の製造方法。
