下記工程を含む、神経幹細胞から分化細胞を調製する方法: (a)ドナーの組織から神経幹細胞を単離する工程、 (b)その単離した神経幹細胞を第1増殖因子を含む第1培養基中で増殖して前駆細胞を生産する工程、及び (c)その前駆細胞を少なくとも第2増殖因子を含む第2培養基中で培養することにより、前記前駆細胞を分化して分化細胞を生産する工程、ここで前記第2培養基は実質的に前記第1増殖因子を含まない。
