受信した無線信号を増幅して後段の回路へ増幅した信号を供給する高周波増幅手段と、該高周波増幅手段に電源供給を行う電源手段とを有する移動体通信装置において、前記無線信号の受信感度を検出し、検出した受信感度に応じて、前記無線信号を前記高周波増幅手段に供給するか否か、および前記電源手段からの前記高周波増幅手段への電源供給を行うか否かを判定する制御手段を有することを特徴とする移動体通信装置。
