ニッケル基合金中に、金属、非金属元素、金属と非金属元素の化合物、又は金属或いは非金属元素の酸化物、炭化物、窒化物もしくは硫化物の中から選ばれた1種以上の、仕事関数が5.5eV以下の物質を、重量比で0.5%〜25%含有することを特徴とする点火プラグ用電極材料。
