【課題】消化管ホルモンGLP-2分泌促進作用を有する剤及び飲食品を提供する。【解決手段】乳蛋白質の加水分解物を有効成分として含有する消化管ホルモンGLP-2分泌促進剤、並びに乳蛋白質の加水分解物を配合したことを特徴とする消化管ホルモンGLP-2分泌促進作用を有する飲食品であり、乳蛋白質の加水分解物の分解率が10%以上であること、乳蛋白質がカゼイン又は乳清蛋白質であること、乳清蛋白質がα-ラクトアルブミンであること、並びに乳蛋白質の加水分解物が、パンクレアチン、アスペルギルス・オリゼ(Aspergillus oryzae)由来のプロテアーゼ、及びストレプトマイセス・グリセウス(Streptomyces griseus)由来のプロテアーゼから成る群から選ばれる1又は2以上のプロテアーゼにより加水分解されたものであることを望ましい態様としている。【選択図】 なし
