情報端末に対して、照会情報の入力を促す段階と、当該情報端末により入力された照会情報にしたがってデータベースを検索する段階と、その検索結果に対応する地図であって、キャラクタ形式で示される地図を当該情報端末に対して出力する段階とを備えることを特徴とする地図情報の表示方法。
