Claim (excerpt)：

実質的にアルミナ-ジルコニア質組成であって、(1)ZrO2 として3〜15wt%、(2)SiO2 として0.05〜3.0wt%、(3)MgO,CoOおよびNiOのうち少なくとも1種をこれらの表示換算として0.1〜3.0wt%含有し、靭性値を示すフライアビリティーの値が15以下、荷重500gでのマイクロビッカース硬度(Hv500)が1800kg/mm2 以上からなることを特徴とするアルミナ-ジルコニア質焼結砥粒。
