【要約】【目的】 酸素を活物質に用いるガス拡散電極を備えた電池の、貯蔵性や長期使用における性能を向上する酸素透過性複合膜およびその複合膜を用いた電池を提供することを目的とする。【構成】 多孔性膜に溶剤に可溶なふっ素樹脂と金属酸化粉末との混合物を塗布し、水蒸気の透過を抑え、酸素を選択的に取り込む酸素透過性複合膜11を得た。これにより、低負荷から高負荷までに至る放電条件で満足な放電性能が得られ、また貯蔵性や長期使用における性能に優れた電池を得ることができる。
