Claim (excerpt)：
有機結晶が溶解した溶液の温度を制御する温度差法を用いることにより結晶作製基板上に膜状の有機結晶を作製する有機結晶付基板作製装置において、 前記結晶作製基板が載置される温度調整モジュールと、 前記結晶作製基板上に載置され前記結晶作製基板との間に所定の間隔を有する密閉空間を形成するセルモジュールと、 前記温度調整モジュールに一端が固定され他端が前記セルモジュールを着脱自在に保持する保持手段と、 前記セルモジュールに形成され前記密閉空間に連通する供給部に接続された流路を介して前記密閉空間内に前記溶液を供給する供給手段とを備えたことを特徴とする有機結晶付基板作製装置。
