複合金属酸化物からなる電極活物質、導電助剤、フッ化ビニリデン系重合体および有機溶剤からなる合剤において、フッ化ビニリデン系重合体が70モル%以上のフッ化ビニリデンと、少なくとも0.5モル%以上のクロロトリフルオロエチレンとを含む共重合体である非水系電池用電極合剤。
