【要約】【構成】柔軟な担持体と、該担持体上に設けた局所麻酔薬を40〜65%含有する感圧性接着剤層とからなり、該感圧性接着剤層中に含有されている局所麻酔薬の未溶解量(Ac)と溶解量(As)との比がAc/As=0.1〜1.8である穿刺時疼痛軽減のために使用される貼付剤及び当該貼付剤による穿刺時疼痛の軽減方法。【効果】該貼付剤は自着性に優れ、かつ、糊残が少ないものである。特に、感圧性接着剤層中の未溶解局所麻酔薬が貼付後直ちにバ-スト的に放出されるので、短時間で麻酔効果が発現する。そのため、当該貼付剤を穿刺予定部位の皮膚に処理前に貼付することによって、穿刺処理時の疼痛を著しく軽減することができる。
