基材フィルムの一方の面に、厚みが100〜2000Åのケイ素酸化物又はアルミニウム酸化物からなる蒸着層、及び酸化チタンを主成分とする光触媒層とからなる光触媒フィルムであって、上記蒸着層がアルミニウム及び/又はケイ素の中の少なくとも1種類の酸化物を連続して含むことを特徴とする光触媒フィルム。
