Summary：
【課題】コンピューター断層撮影を用いたX線検査に関して、従来の方法では検出が困難であった膵臓癌患者の肝転移を高感度に検出することができる画像診断方法を開発することである。また癌の中でも特に予後が悪い膵臓癌に対して顕著な効果を示す薬剤の開発をすることである。【解決手段】X線検査前に造影剤に併用し、血管収縮剤であるAT-IIを投与することにより、従来は検出が困難であった膵臓癌患者の肝転移を高感度に検出する。さらに既存の制癌剤とAT-IIを併用することにより、膵臓癌に対して、制癌剤単独の場合と比較して、顕著な抑制効果を発揮する。【選択図】図1
