【要約】【構成】酸性過酸化水素含有水をOH型アニオン交換樹脂と接触させてpH5以上としたのち、過酸化水素を除去することにより、酸性過酸化水素含有水を処理する。【効果】酸性条件下では溶解する過酸化水素分解触媒を使用することができ、また酸性では十分に分解、除去できなかった過酸化水素を効率よく分解することができる。さらに、アルカリを添加してpHを上げるのではないので、後段の脱塩処理におけるイオン負荷量が軽減される。
