Experimental study on silent myocardial ischemia
2000 - 2001
Investigating Researcher (1)：
Silent myocardial ischemia was studied experimentally. The decrease of algetic reaction at myocardial ischemia was studied using coronal artery constriction reaction involving Ca receptor at the stimulus of ganglion stellatum as an indicator. It was suggested that disorder might occur presynaptic sites of nervous fibers running in the ischemic myocardial area. It was also suggested that NGF (nerve growth factor), TNFa (tumor necrosis factor), adrenal steroid might work protectively for prevention of the disorder.
