Research overview:
Functional and morphological changes of heart caused by continuous long tome exercises are sometimes difficult to discriminate from pathological changes of hearts such as hypertrophic, dilatant hearts and cardiac myopathy. Excess body weight also induce morphological changes of hearts. Profiles of athlete's heart is clarifies by study of findings of ECG and two-dimensional echocardiography in various examples such as athletes, young obesity and sumo wrestlers.
