Examination is achieved for 529 cases which angiographs are taken more than twice with interval of 4.9 years as average, a half year as the shortest, and 21 years as the longest. Natural progress of non-burst cerebral aneurysm is mainly investigated this year, and the result is obtained it should pay attention to increase of hemodynamic stress and existence of hypertension, caused by enlargement of swelling and progress of arteriosclerosis.
