Research overview:
The high speed processing system of trial production parts and small lot production metal mold is developed for the zinc alloy, which is the material for the newly developed metal mold based on low consumption of electrode and high speed electric discharging machining property. "Development of the high speed discharge and cutting combined processing system": The discharge and cutting combined processing system that enables from rough processing to fine processing with one work clamping is developed. "The mold direct cutting discharge processing by the mesh electrode": The shape is copied by covering the master model of handmade model or RP with copper mesh and the high speed discharge processing of the metal mold is performed using it as a tool electrode.
