Investigating Researcher (3)：
The past study on the technological development of advanced production and recycle systems in food industry, ('85-89) has partly enabled to put the system into practice according to the introduction of computers to koji making and distillation process for pure shochu. Further study is made on automatic processing in microbial industry including shochu manufacturing, establishment of general and advanced production system for quality evaluation and management, and improvement of productivity and quality.
