Research overview:
About constant monitoring of air polluting substances, there is a growing necessity of multi-component observation in wide area, in place of conventional fixed-point observation. The multi-component trace gas content monitoring system of wide-area environmental pollution, submitted to performance evaluation in the present study, makes measurement by the method of DOAS (Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy) which is a measuring method by sampling without absorption of sample. In this study, we will study conformity to monitoring data by official method of Air Pollution Monitoring Bureau through measurement of actual atmosphere, and globally evaluate sensitivity calibrating method, influences of gas with interfering components, etc., toward putting to practical use of the method at an early time.
