Research overview:
This study proceeds to: 1) clarify, by means of the drop fertilization method, the minimum nitrogen volume necessary to maintain the tea growth, harvest and quality by utilizing the effects of water so as to reduce the given nitrogen volume to such level as gives no load to the surrounding environment, 2) establish a new sapling production system from superdense cuttings using one-sprout and one-leaf with a mist to drastically improve the nursing method aiming at earlier spread and extension of the new variety, and 3) to clarify the regional adaptability of the new variety, examine the growing adaptability at the field on both rareripe and late varieties and select a variety of good quality and high adaptability.
