Research overview:
In response to requests for higher efficiency of NC machine-tools, their number of revolutions of spindle is increasing year by year. However, increase of speed has come to cause greater influences on working accuracy and working quality of the vibrations due to imbalance in the spindle system. For that reason, there is a request for adjusting the dynamic balance of the spindle system automatically and with high accuracy, but no full-automatic balancer adapted to high-speed revolutions has been developed yet, and this balancing is made with manual work with the use of manual balancer such as Balantron, etc. In this sudy, we develope full-automatic balancer for super-low vibration of spindle revolution correspond to high-speed spindle revolution.
