Series of measurements of NO2 concentration in and out of forest were carried out to estimate drydeposition amount of air pollutants on foliage. It was observed that the dry deposition velocity in summer season was higher than that of winter. It was possible to presume that the dry deposition velocity was influenced highly by meteorological conditions such as solar radiation, wind velocity, wind direction, foliage dencity, size and others. Some results between dry deposition amount and forest growth showed strong correlation. It seems that sink of atmospheric gaseous components were more effective in summer than in winter.
