Development of the fattening technology under the control of vitamin A and C in feeding

Research overview:
There are some studies that the shortage of vitamin A produce the marbling in beef, and vitamin C suply also does in the middle phase of fattening. The aim of this study is to produce the high quality beef (especially marbling) under the control of vitamin A and C, utilizing the recycle feed (food by-product) at low cost. To suply, low vitamin A feed such a "Tofu" refuse and vitamin C, in the middle phase (14-24 month old) of fattening.
