Research overview:
The aim of this study is to investigate, purify, and characterize antibacterial peptides of mammalian tissues or amphibians. Structure-function relationships of the peptides are also examined by means of physicochemical techniques such as fluorescence, circular dichroism, and nuclear magnetic resonance measurements.
