Fineness of crystal grains of steel contributes to increase toughness and crystal grain size is finer as the number of inclusion is larger and grain size of inclusion smaller. The targets of this study are the pinning effects of inclusion fine grain against crystal grain growth in the austenite temperature region and fining by segregation to austenite grain boundary.
