Development of technique and apparatus is achieved to form fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO) transparent conducting film on a large area glass substrate by spraying thermal decomposition method which expensive special apparatus and complicated film forming process are unnecessary. Trial manufacturing and function evaluation are achieved for around electro-chromic mirror by prepared apparatus, to apply solar cell and heat ray reflecting film.
