Comparing with steam manufacturing green tea, for kiln-dried 'Gyoku-ryoku-cha', capability of handling raw leaves by drying machine is low and tends to give unstable quality. In order to improve efficiency of manufacturing and to give stable quality, the method to use rotation kiln applied with flame spray coating of ceramic as the first drying machine is to be tried. By introduction of machine for rough twisting, improvement for efficient process of manufacturing after drying leaves process and quality are to be studied.
