Research overview:
Study investigates role and method of assessment of sleep and rest of nurses and manufacturing workers that are engaged in night duty or staggered shifts. Study surveys aspect of sleep and rest by time-budget survey, investigates relationship between health levels including epidemic, fatigue, and stress, versus lack of sleep or oppression of time for leisure and holidays, and elucidates what kind of living conditions and personal factors are distorting present features of sleep and leisure lives from viewpoint of health factors.
