Development of hard surface processing technology is intended that replaces hard chromium plating generally used as the wear-resistant deposit. Tungsten, known as the component of super hard alloy, is utilized as the component of the plating. Tungsten alone is difficult to be deposited from its aqueous solution, and to form plating. Co-deposition with iron group metals is investigated to deposit alloy plating.
