Transport mechanism of nuclear proteins into the nucleus. Introduction of macromolecules into the tissue cells of animals
0 - 1993
Investigating Researcher (4)：
1) To elucidate the mechanism underlying the selective transport of proteins into the nucleus, determination of both structual features of the nuclear proteins transported and nature of the nuclear components involved in the nuclear transport are necessary. 2) To know tissue specific expression of genes and to treat molecular diseases, we are now establishing the methods for introduction of macromolecules into the tissue cells of animals.
