Research for management of low protein feeding for laying hen, reduce Nitrogen and Phosphorus of poultry excrements, and keep egg production, by adding phytaze and yellow grease.A low protein feeding method is explored that achieves reduced amounts of nitrogen and phosphorus in the poultry excrements without sacrificing egg productivity. The influence of the addition of phytaze and grease on the productivity is investigated.The unaltered phytaze category was superior to the altered phytaze category in HD egg production rate, HH egg laying number, egg laying day and average egg weight. The result of digestion test, the unaltered as well as altered category was superior to the reference category in apparent digestion rates of nitrogen and phosphorus. According to he verification tests in farmhouse, the experimental feedstuff was comparable to those in ordinary use.
