Research field (1)：
The technique that bovine embryos separated into two parts artificially are preserved after frozen using ethylene glycol as cryoprotectant under denuded condition, then transfer to recipient directly after thawing is established for monozygotic twins production. It will promote to efficient utillization of bovine embryos and rising calf production rate. 1) Viability of bovine embryos by different densities of cryoprotectant and thier twining. 2) Possibility of direct transfer with making plural corpus luteum and their twining. 3) Prevention of abortion and stillbirth.
