Research overview:
On the ultra-precision three-dimensional curved surface processing used for the preparation of three-dimensional fine diffraction optical device (high functional optical device) combining curved surface form and fine grating, basic study such as pursuit of the limit of processing precision and analysis of the error factors are performed. Also since it is necessary to carry out non-contact measurement on the processing machine for high precision in ultra-precision three-dimensional curved surface processing, basic study and design on the development of the photo sensor for on-machine non-contact measuring and realization of the compact instrumentation are carried out. The processing of curved surface in this study is to improve precision of metal die and for its practical use, assist in the field of die design and molding technique is required.
