Correlation between cerebral and myocardiac circulation
1999 - 2000
Investigating Researcher (1)：
Dipyridamole increases the concentration of adenosine by obstructing taking in of adenosine in blood into red corpuscles. Adenosine has blood vessel vasodilating action, and used for measurement of coronial circulation reserving ability. By the measurement by Dual-PET, blood flow volume in myocarditis is increased and in brain is decreased by meditation of dipyridamole. This is caused by excess ventilation and by lowering of CO2 partial pressure in artery blood. It is elucidated that vasodilating action is not recognized in cerebral blood vessel.
