Research overview:
The rattle (Gata) in the between product and cushion material is strictly inhibited in the transported packaging affecting badly on the vibration transmitting property. However, it is impossible to avoid rattle (Gata) completely and especially in the case of paper cushion materials (propagated as environment compatible type) large rattle (Gata) is generated. In order to clarify the effects of this rattle (Gata) on the vibration property, the numerical simulation, the theoretical analysis and vibration experiments are performed and the chaos behaviors of products in the cargo are quantitatively understood. Further, the analysis oh the problem and investigation on the countermeasure are performed so as to enable packaging design and vibration durability evaluation considering rattle (Gata).
