Research overview:
In the present industry of noble metal processing, soldering, cover lining or the like are generally used when different noble metals are mutually bonded or fit, but every method is not simple and limited in shape of the noble metals in use. It is in a state that shape or material of products with novelty is limited and design is hopeless. It becomes possible however to easily bond different noble metals by using solid-phase bonding method that has not much used so far for noble metal products. Furthermore, there is an advantage that there is neither solder jut nor solder pattern etc. as seen after soldering. Development of noble metal products with new design becomes possible from this, and this is considered to connect with activation of the industry. The present study carries investigation on the optimum producing condition etc. with respect to method of bonding different noble metals more easily, and purposes its establishment.
