Research overview:
By decomposing crystal grain, high-strength alloy and ceramics develops a phenomenon called fine-grain superplasticity. In this phenomenon, fractional additives segregated in the grain boundaries significantly affect superplastic deformation. This study investigates the high-temperature deformation mechanism of chromium-added high-purity aluminum-copper eutectic alloy and alumina-added partially stabilized zirconia.
