Regulation of lymphocyte differentiation and gene expression control
1988 - 1995
Investigating Researcher (4)：
One of our works is to elucidate the control mechanism of gene expression, such as immunoglobulin genes and T cell receptor genes during differentiation and maturation of lymphocytes from multipotential stem cells in bone marrow. Major subjects are 1) identification, purification and cloning of genes of nuclear factors which regulate transcription of the immunoglobulin genes, 2) elucidation of the role of such regulatory molecules on the lymphocyte differentiation, 3) analysis of immunological disorders caused by abnormal control of gene expression.
