The self-supply rate of domestic wheat is 10% or less and the production of wheat in Hokkaido accounts for about 60% of total domestic production. Wheat production in Hokkaido is greatly expected, and the domestic self-supply rate should be kept and safe and good wheat should be supplied to consumers.
