Research overview:
This research is to clarify the transcription technology using the sputtering method and the thermal processing conditions of the electrically conductive oxide materials that can operate at the low temperature. This research is also to develop the thin film manufacturing technology that can crystallize the electrically conductive oxide materials having the uniform film material and organization. This research is also to clarify the electric conduction mechanism of various conductors (electron, ion and gas) and to clarify the minute structural analysis for control aiming at the possibility of using the oxide materials as the low-temperature type SOFC.
