The dynamic behavior of laminated plates and reinforced concrete tall piers will be analyzed theoretically and experimentally. In the study of the laminated plate, the effect of stacking sequence and stacking angle on deflection and stress of the plate will be made clear. Nonlinearity of reinforced concrete depends mainly on bond between reinforcement and concrete, compressive characteristics of concrete between cracks, and shear transfer behavior between cracks. In the study of the reinforced concrete, to predict the dynamic nonlinear behavior of reinforced concrete, the theoretical results will becompared with the experimental ones obtained earthquake acceleration waves.
