Development for the coatings of the environment type and the coating specification in the industrial coating

Research overview:
For the purpose of attempting the reduction and repression of VOC, it was examined about the adhesive property and the anticorrosion property of the powder coating which are solvent-free paint. As for the powder coatings, it was found out that they were the coatings which could show the adhesive strength of 2-3 times in comparison with the solvent paints as that result by the SAICAS method. Moreover, the adhesive property of the inorganic coating that chromium-free electro galvanized steel plate was good, and it was found out about them that they were the coatings which could make use of effect on sacrifice corrosing prevention of the zinc.
