Research overview:
In order to understand phenomena in high-temperature gas flow and relating to supersonic gas flow, it is important to analyze chemical reactions, equilibrium flow, and non-equilibrium flow. This study uses an excimer laser to quantitatively define properties of high-enthalpy gas flow by laser-induced fluorometry using copper atoms.
