Influence on iodine density in milk by predipping using five times diluted solution of nonoxynol iodine preparation

Study period:2001 - 2001
Research overview:
Nonoxynol iodine preparation (containing 0.5% of effective iodine, a teat sterilizing chemical) is a common material which is now authorized to be used at home and abroad for sterilizing the teats after milking. The present test makes clear the influence on the iodine density in milk when the material is used for predipping as five times diluted solution (containing 0.1% of effective iodine).
