Research overview:
Surgical treatment is considered to be the main therapeutic procedures of treatment for cancer. However, considering that operative stress itself works as an immunosuppresion, it becomes increasingly important to understand the immunologicalimplication on various surgical treatments. This study intends to establish more rational surgical approach, investigating the immunological problems on the operative stress, lymph node removal or combined resection of spleen.
