Research overview:
The purpose of this study is to improve emission efficiency of organic/inorganic perovskite thin films at a room temperature. These materials form a quantum well structure in self-organized manner and their application to emission devices is expected. We verify effects of composition of inorganic semiconductor layer on emission characteristics when cations are mixed into the composition.
