Establishment of fattening technology of Japanese black by feeding the food by-product

The beef of Japanese black comes to be a part of safe and healthy food at popular price. The shortening of fattening term is also one of the way to produce it cheaper, however it's actual to search for the lower cost by feeding the food by-product. First aim of this study is how much quantity to replace the food by-product sud a "tofu" refuse in feed, not deteriorate the meat quality and DG(daily gain) of Japanese black, at the same time to develop the feeding technology increasing the content of so-called "functional food" such a carnitine.
