Metabolisms of occupational toxicants
1985 - 2000
Investigating Researcher (2)：
Occupational toxicants are mainly absorbed through two pathways, the lung and the skin, in workers handling them. Most of the toxicants are metabolized, and then excreted into urine. The objects of this study are to evaluate pharmacokinetically biotransformation of the substances by examining the time courses of urinary excretion amounts of these metabolites, and further to estimate the amounts of them absorbed in the workers.
