Recently, spectrometry technology for multivalent ions has significantly advanced. In relation to this, one of the impressive developments is the highly accurate determination of ram shift for atom level. The effect of nuclear polarization (virtual internal excitation) with electron motion in atoms will exist. If this effect can be investigated in detain, new probe on the nuclear structure can be obtained. This study deals with the theoretical formulation of this process for the hyperfine structure of hydrogen-like ions.
